The Law Office of Corinne Hood Greene provides employers and employees with practical legal representation and counseling in a variety of employment law matters. She provides cost-effective advice and aims to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. She works with employers and employees to enact positive solutions to promote a positive work environment and minimize legal disputes in the workplace.
Corinne provides legal representation to employers and employees in employment related cases including:
- race, sex, disability, pregnancy, gender and age discrimination;
- sexual harassment;
- Family Medical Leave Act;
- retaliation;
- wrongful discharge and
- wage and hour claims.
Corinne also provides workplace advisory and counseling services to employers and employees including:
- performing workplace investigations,
- drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handbooks,
- coaching through performance management and discipline and employee relations issues,
- facilitating a variety of workplace training programs and
- reviewing and negotiating severance and employment agreements.
Corinne received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She started her legal career as a law clerk for the New Hampshire Superior Court. She then practiced employment law at Boston’s largest management side employment law firm. While living overseas in Australia she provided Human Resources advice and solutions to management and employees at PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia. She has also completed the MCAD Train-the-Trainer program. Corinne is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and the State of Vermont.
